DELIVERY Our standard charge for delivery is £2.99, with Elila Bras and Satin Dita corsets being £6 as this product is sent by special delivery. We will deliver worldwide for a fee of £7, however this will depend on the size of the order and quantities.

RETURNS We are happy to accept returns of items that have a manufacturer fault. All other items must be returned in the state that they were received by you with their labels and hygiene covers still attached. Once we have received and checked the items being returned we will issue the refund. We cannot accept returns on hosiery (pop-socks, stockings, tights,knickers, panties, thongs or body-stockings)due to hygiene. You MUST contact us for a returns number for any items you are planning to return, make sure you package them well and send them recorded delivery to the address on the contacts page. And please, please make sure that we can easily identify who sent them so that we can quickly supply your refund. You will not be refunded for the postage that was required to ship the product cto yourself.. Gift box charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. Replacement items requested will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain any gift box received with the original order. All made to measure and made to order lingerie cannot be returned, so please order carefully to avoid disappointment.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will need to be paid for by PayPal before the item will be dispatched. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. Please also pay particular attention to perfume and smoke damage, lipstick and deodorants marks We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. All tags and labels must be intact. Returns period Our normal returns period is 7 days from when you receive the goods, and we must receive any returned items within this time.

CANCELLATION If a customer chooses to cancel their lingerie order once payment has been made, the following rules will apply: If the order has already been placed, we must received the goods back unopened and undamaged, we will then issue you with a refund.
